The DAV 150 volumetric dispensing valve is a pneumatically operated component designed for precision dispensing of low viscosity lubricants.

The exchange of the pneumatic supply, at a pressure equal to or greater than 6 bar, will lead to the emptying of the volumetric chamber and the relative outflow of a constant and adjustable quantity of fluid.

The metering valve DAV 800 is designed to dispense with the highest accuracy and repeatability greases and lubricants to NLGI 3 (1,000,000 mPa s).

The chamber has a volumetric capacity adjustable from 10 to 133 cm³ and with a special sensor is possible to check the emptying of the dosing chamber, for the highest control of the assembly process.

So it’s ideal in case of filling processes or big metering applications.

The DAVR contact-less dispensing system allow to have inside an hole, without expensive interpolation moving, a continuous and accurate bead of fluids such as grease and lubricants. The change of the dispensed hole haven’t any change on the application result.

The system can be adapted for various DAV Tech valves.

The DAV valve controller is based on a 4.3-inch operator panel / PLC, multilingual and with an immediate graphical interface. The controller allows very rapid setup and commissioning of the system up to a maximum of two valves, guaranteeing the possibility of saving different recipes, each with its own personalized dispensing parameters.

There is also a cycle counter function. The interface to PLC or production monitoring systems is simple and allows you to check or modify the parameters of the dispensing system. The control unit is also able to manage the control air of the valves both simple and double-acting, as well as the possibility of interfacing presence sensors that enable dispensing or that objectify the dosing that has taken place, rather than the product minimum level sensor.
