The bonding of magnets is a process that is increasingly required in the assembly of electric motors.

 

The magnets can be magnetized or not magnetized, and are glued on rotors or stators with various types of adhesives, for example:

• bonding magnets with acrylic glues
• gluing magnets with epoxy glues
• magnet bonding with bi-component resins
• magnet bonding with anaerobic glues

 

In the many applications treated Dav Tech has dispensed all these adhesives, mainly through the use and management of progressive cavitation volumetric pumps (progressive cavity pumps) of the PCP and PDP series.

 

The glue can be fed, depending on the required productivity, with cartridges or tanks, up to 20,50 or 200lt drums.

 

The bonding of the magnets with DAV tech pumps becomes a controlled and highly repeatable process, with the result of a secure and secure bonding.

 

When the magnets are glued to the carcass, it may be useful to dispense them onto the primer which has the effect of cleaning it and activating the surface for subsequent bonding.

 

The gluing process of the magnets can be strengthened by objectifying the quantity of glue dispensed, its position and its thickness, reaching a full control of the operation.
