Grease dispensing for contacts

Grease for electrical connectors is used to create a film between the blades of a contact.

The advantages are manifold, reduction of corrosion and oxidation, increased insulation and less insertion effort.

However, these lubricants and gels must be dosed paying close attention to:

• Accuracy of the dispensed quantity

• Accuracy of lubricant positioning

• Avoid waste of extremely expensive greases

• Objective every phase of the dispensing and application process

The volumetric dispensers are an excellent answer to these needs, especially if integrated with specially designed and manufactured nozzles and placements, and to process controls that allow the entire application to be monitored.
